    Really good ice cream and large selection but only four stars because being from out of state and not knowing the difference between concrete and good ole fashioned ice cream is, (and never did get it explained to us) put a damper on what we were hoping for. Maybe a little blurb about what concrete is on the wall or something? Beyond that, no complaints! The even offer a puppy ice cream!! My not so little dog loved it!

    Incredibly underwhelming. I really expected more than 5 different flavors of ice cream at a gourmet ice cream place. The only thing that kept me from giving a one star is the fact that my chocolate and vanilla ice cream was good.

    8 of 10 visits are on point. However we have noticed that smoothies are much sweeter some days than others. Maybe cut back on the sugar or have everyone to make them exactly the same. My only complaint!! Great service and great icecream.

    PW's has always been a family oriented and excellent business and will probably continue to be so for many years to come. I have been coming here for almost 24 years now and it has always stayed an amazing place. Excellent ice cream and service for a great price

    Drove from Charlotte to try wasn’t disappointed! Lots on the menu prices were great! Went late looked like a young staff working didn’t have any “rude” issues others have mentioned. They answer all my questions about concrete.. 😬
